Delfina was born in Buenos Aires in 1986. In 2008 she graduated as a Film Director from the National Film School of Argentina (E.N.E.R.C.) that depends on the National Institute of Cinema (INCAA). During her time there, she directed a couple of short films and wrote the screenplay for another one (Argentino Vargas) which participated and was awarded in more than 25 film festivals worldwide.
She started working in the film industry in 2005 as an assistant director and later she continued her career as an editor, working in several TV shows and films.
Between 2011 and 2014 she edited two features (Matrimonio; El Prisionero Irlandés) that participated in several international film festivals around the world.
At the beginning of 2014 she won a National Grant given by the National Institute of Cinema (INCAA) for the script of the first season for a narrative TV show: Los Mariachis del Despecho (Heartbreak Mariachis).
In 2016 her last short film, Maybe Next Time (Tal vez la próxima), premiered at the V Week of Soria in Buenos Aires. The film has since participated in numerous National and International Fesltivals. In addition, it has been awarded with the INCAA TV Award at the ADF Fiilm Festival and has received a Special Mention for Best International Short Film at the 8th.
